Are the previous 24HGSMs archived anywhere?
I think some of the games are archived on Youtube in edited form.
Is it just me but why I’m disappointed? I kinda dislike the set. (Or maybe since multi people hosting the game, it’s multi studio?)
It’s not the easiest to follow, admittedly. The contrast on the screen is not great and there’s some very noisy guests in the background. Open mics are not helping either. Let’s hope they can improve it next time. In the meantime, let’s appreciate the effort.
In fairness they were besieged by a number of problems, I gather the place they were going to do it bailed out on them about a week ago so this is a fairly last minute replacement, the Youtube set-up completely failed, the audio has been problemattical, you can’t always read what’s on the screen very well. But what can you do? It’s basically an amateur production that’s a little too ambitious this time.
Incidentally, here’s what last year’s looked like: http://youtu.be/KocQ0OKT428
That is why I’m disappointed. 🙁 But well, accidents happen :/
I do have a suggestion. Last year, they have “The Jokers Wild” on a form on “Google Hangout” (like you do on “Schlag Den Brig”). (I’m pretty sure the video is somewhere).
If their studio bailed out, they can do it in Google Hangout. It is pretty much covered the audio trouble, and etc
But I do enjoy the season, and still crossing my finger for round 3.
Google hangouts last for a maximum of 8 hours, although I suppose with the large set up time between events means that you could plan to switch feeds at strategic times.
The OC show worked amazingly well with US material. Ironic that the question that went down best was one that the UK show rejected!
Which one was that?
I liked the Monopoly corner one.
Yes, that one.
Three days on, and I still haven’t forgiven myself for missing it. Well done, you.
Agreed. That was simply brilliant, David.
