Thanks to @ogbajoj for that, yes Civilian Millionaire is back in the Summer for good old forward thinking ITV1.
Will they opt for the killer combo of thick people and really hard questions? Can’t wait to find out!

Looks like its going to be live and stripped nightly in early July – it’s been a long time since they last did that with Millionaire!
You’re looking at March/April 2001 for the last time a series was stripped over two weeks.
Ignore me. I meant to say March/April 2000, not 2001.
Interesting that the obligatory utility curve questions ask about what you’d do with £20k and £250k. Are we sure this isn’t a DoND application form? No? Is that your final answer?
(And interestingly enough, nobody’s ever won £250k in the 12-question format yet. In that same time frame, three people have won £250k in daytime…)
Don’t show Endemol Joe this, he’s been cooking up humble pie for us all for MONTHS.
Don’t worry, the disinginuous twat is on Twitter.
and still lying through his teeth. Claiming the shows will be recorded in July to be shown in late Summer/Autumn. Yet, last night the website already claimed it will be shown live.
Talking about the lying twat. I asked him about The Bank Job’s future last night and claimed “It will almost certainly be back for another smash hit series”.
More fool them. Turns out even celebrities couldn’t save the show and the final episode on Saturday had 1.07m (+1: 164k). Series average was around 1.07m throughout the ten shows.
Guaranteed series 3, guys
I know who this really is, by the way.
In his world, if a) any Endemol show is commissioned, made and then broadcast and b) at least one pair of eyes are watching the transmission – then it’s a MASSIVE success.
Of course The Bank Job was a smash hit – every other terrestrial network smashed it out of sight in the ratings.
Comparing the series average made it run neck and neck with the peak viewing figures at 7.35am for the Australian Grand Prix coverage – on Sky Sports F1HD yesterday morning.
Pathetic.
Remember when he was singing the praises of The Marriage Ref? They were fun times.
Challenge are showing really old Bullseye right now. When I mean really old I mean from 1983.
And now highlights from the Video Game BAFTAs.
