I decipher the letters
Il sait parler aux femmes / He can speak to women
Elle sourit…non, peut-être… / She smiles … no, maybe …
Le temps passe et je rame / Time passes and I row
Je déchiffre ses lettres / I decipher the letters
J’y trouve des mots bizarres / I find strange words
Elle déchiffre mes lettres / She deciphers my letters
Mais son œil est tout noir / But his eye is all black
Fait-il son cinéma? / Is it cinema?
Ca ressemble à l’amour / Looks like love
Même si ça ne prend pas / Even if it does not
Je garde mon humour / I keep my humor
Je déchiffre ses lettres / I decipher the letters
Il sait parler aux femmes / He can talk to women
Elle sourit…non, peut-être… / She smiles … no, maybe …
Le temps passe et je rame / Time passes and I row
Je déchiffre ses lettres / I decipher the letters
Il ne tourne pas rond / It is wrong
Elle se moque en cachette / She laughs in secret
Ca y’est, mon compte est bon S it, / my account is good
Pas de jeux interdits… / No games allowed …
J’en fais p’t-être trop, dans le genre mélo / I’m p’t be too, in the genre mash
J’espère qu’il a compris / I hope he understands
J’aurai pas le dernier mot… / I have the last word …
Lirais-tu mieux mes lettres / You would read my letters better
Si j’étais un champion? / If I were a champion?
Excuse-moi, je regrette / Excuse me, I’m sorry
L’amitié, c’est si bon / Friendship is so good
{les deux} {Both}
On peut bien faire la paix / It may well make peace
Oublier tous ses problèmes / Forget all his problems
On peut très bien s’aimer / It may very well love
Sans se dire “je t’aime” / Without saying “I love you”
Je déchiffre ses lettres / I decipher the letters
Il sait parler aux femmes / He can speak to women
Elle sourit…non, peut-être… / She smiles … no, maybe …
Le temps passe et je rame / Time passes and I row
Je déchiffre ses lettres / I decipher the letters

Some news coming off Twitter, it seems like horrible sounding Don’t Scare the Hare is being hosted by Jason Bradbury of The Gadget Show. He describes it as having a warm charm. Hmm.
Yes, he did the pilot as well. I’m following his tweets intently, although 13 hours of rehersal and recording suggests they’ve not really learned anything from the pilot, and that I largely suspect they’ve changed the set-up so the audience aren’t going to be in shot all the time because it’s going to look majorly embarrassing in the end game when there’s nobody actually there.
Also see Challenge maybe about to go some major changes as they have just purchased the rights to show the second biggest wrestling brand TNA. Not just Impact which Bravo had the rights to but the sister show Xplosion and all the PPV events also.
I wonder if this means that a lot of the quiz/gameshows will take a back seat when the channel launches on Freeview in a couple of weeks.
Mmm.. it is a repositioning, but if it was popular on Bravo it was always going to get moved to another channel in the portfaolio in one way or another, and I can’t imagine it going on Living.
Intrigued to see what else they do to change it up. It’s interesting that although Challenge Jackpot has closed as a channel, it’s still a going concern on ITV’s The Zone every night.
Huh, I could have sworn that you posted the link to the Le Juste Prix générique here, but perhaps you might have Tweeted it instead. I was just going to say that http://www.video2mp3.net/ seems to be pretty serviceable at turning YouTube videos into .mp3 files, though it’s bedecked with annoying adverts.
“Le Juste Prix! Oui, tout le monde, c’est Le Juste Prix!
It’s not avaliable on iTunes 🙁
Not one of my best moments, i’m afraid!
And if anyone would like a copy of my greatest hits album, I have one copy left…. on 7inch!
🙂
I can’t stop listening to it!
This gets better and better: it’s the lyrics!

It’s Patrice Laffont’s official site! (Or so Wikipedia suggests at any rate. Further study suggests that might not be the case. Who’d have thought?)

And I’ve just read he used to commentate for France in the Eurovision Song Contest. AMAZING.
By the sounds of it, he’s about to host the French version of Baggage. AMAZING.

I intended to to work so hard today as well 🙁
Can’t stand Jason Bradbury another reason to avoid this then.
Will it be Sainte-Luce or Sainte-Lucie?

I wonder if the Naguettes have a training academy, incidentally.
shocking news from Italy: the body of Mike Bongiorno was stolen last night

Now we know why Digiguide has yet to receive the TV listings for Challenge in February.
BTW, that comment was me.
