Object number two has now been bought out onto Bother’s Prize Table. Any ideas?
It is also NEW!!! Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? this evening at eight. Will it keep its momentum?
Finally this evening, the last few days I’ve been discovering MTVs Real World/Road Rules Challenge (which seems to just be “The Challenge” now). It’s the sort of format you’d think would work quite well on T4 – throw in X amount of young good looking twenty-somethings in a house, get them to perform outward bound-style challenges, let them vote each other into elimination battles, give them alcohol and watch the sparks fly. Host BMX rider TJ Levin seems a bit of a personality vacuum, although I’ve only seen three episodes so far so that might be unfair. Added interest in that most of the contestants seem to be regulars from season to season for added backstory. Not bad, although it’s been going for over ten years so you’d think they’d have it down pat by now.
I’m always surprised (and disappointed) that RWRR Challenge never seems to have been on MTV UK at all.
Another Millionaire, another person with a weird food phobia.
And a question about the phobia in question followed by a question about a subject she loves.
Hmm.
Fact fans. Tonight’s show featured a retrospective at the start, featuring how the contestant reached £75K last week. This is something they haven’t done since 2001.
Must admit I am enjoying the new look, definitely feels old skool.
Who Wants to Be A Millionaire rocks! 😀
I stopped watching the RW/RR challenges in part because I got sick of the constant format changes every single season.
Then they’d have callbacks to formats from previous seasons, but still altered, and it stopped being ‘fresh’ and became ‘irritating’ and ‘unncessarily convoluted’.
Also after a while I got really sick of the players, but that’s neither here nor there.

3.6m for Millionaire last night, apparently.
Always thought something along the lines of the RW/RR Challenge would be a better way of doing a Big Brother “All Stars” rather than just sticking them in a house together.
Must say now with just two weeks to go for BB11 I’d rather see this series get the full 13 weeks and numbered be allowed to dwindle rather than the Ultimate Champion series. Ridiculous that the last nominations of the series next week will involve 9 housemates.
