If you missed our Schlag Watchalong last night, one of the fun things that came out of it was Dan Peake’s Round Britain Quiz. It’s not a show I have much experience of, and it sounds like the real show on radio is rather less fun, but I really enjoyed this.
Very enjoyable!
And in other very enjoyable content news:
1) Alex Horne is relaying some Taskmaster tasks to do at home and there are still over 28 hours remaining for the first one. If you have an excess of creativity and time on your hands then have at it.
2) Tom Scott is promising something exciting and new from 4pm today and I think it may (at least in part) be relevant to the Bar’s interests.
If it is what I think it is, I think it’s for a subscription service – at least for now, so might not be freely viewable sadly. Am saving a post for it at any rate.
If it is what you and I both think it is, I believe a free trial will be available and the extent to which it inspires people to subscribe to the service will determine the extent to which it is considered a success.
As expected…
(Haven’t started to watch it myself yet, but very promising, though.)
