I’m so pumped about this I’m seriously considering running the World Cup of Gladiators Events, which I’ve been wanting to do for ages, next week.
Disney+ has picked up a few reality shows- including a new version of The Quest- a LARP-type show that aired here a few years back which was well-regarded but only had one run…

Couldn’t get into The Quest first time round, too po faced IIRC. However The Maze sounds quite fun.
In a few minutes Enrico Remigio from Pescara (but living in Singapore) will read the €1,000,000 question on the Italian WWTBAM. He’s got no lifelines and is facing a 14-hour flight back home. What will the question be about? Will he be the seventh person to win one million on an Italian gameshow? (3 on WWTBAM, 2 on DOND and one on Cultura Moderna). Will he keep his €300,000 cheque or take the gamble of his life, knowing that he could drop to €70,000 ?

Channel 5 has commissioned “Celebrity murder mystery” for this year.
“A group of celebs will play a classic ‘whodunnit’ game in a creepy country mansion setting as they try to determine who among them is guilty. Players named in the press release include Richard Coles, Angela Rippon, John Sergeant, Sheila Ferguson, Keith Duffy, and Su Pollard.”
I liked whodunnit… Wish that got revived along with the quest, but whatever. If this is anything like it, ill watch.
Speaking of House of Games, Series 4 is set to begin filming for another 20 weeks. If the Taping schedule stands, Osman may head out to Glasgow in March, shortly after Series 3 finishes airing.
