ITV are airing a bloopers special of The Chase on December 17.
Although nobody is allowed to know about it until December 7th. For some reason.
Talking of rare shows, has anyone found any old episodes of Timebusters from the 90s, made by the makers of Knightmare.
A similar show we had in Italy:
Amici Mostri (Monster Friends) was an odd horror/sit-com series with costumed actors and children as extras.
The plot was simply “evil businnessman Inquinator threatens to do evil things, good scientist Ugo De Ughis enlists children to solve puzzles” with plenty of comedy.
After the first few episodes they dropped the game elements, but they added a fan mail segment, just to break the fourth wall.
The main villain Inquinator was played by Mauro Serio, who would later host several children programmes including the Carmen Sandiego gameshow.
