The Jackbox Party Pack 4 launches across digital channels over the next week and to celebrate we’re doing another Bother’s Bar Game Night next Saturday night, showcasing all the new games.
However I felt as this is a sort of special occasion it should have a special theme, therefore BBGN8 is going to be a Champion of Champions affair, with previous winners (and of course Team Audience) earning the right to battle it out on the new games first.
BUT! There are one or two who can’t make the night which is a pity, but I thought I would use this as an opportunity.
Are you or have you ever been a CHAMPION at something? Can you prove that? And are you free from just before 9pm to around midnight next Saturday? And do you want to be part of the panel? Here’s an opportunity. Get in touch.
Incidentally, if you want your own copy, Bundle Stars has 15% off if you pre-order the Steam version through them – you can put the Steam key into Steam immediately and it will be available to download it when it releases Thursday.
I’m a wannabe champion and would love to partake!
Thanks Alex, I will add you to a list of possibles. I definitely want you on at some point, but others may have a better claim this time round. Will try and let you know Thursday.

Rage Room, hosted by Russell Kane has been released on All 4. It’s basically All 4, but they destroy what they hate.
I meant:
It’s like Room 101 (not All 4), but they destroy what they hate.
This really has the look and feel of something on Sky One circa 2000.
Watching ep one, I think I was expecting a bit more than a man taking a sledgehammer to some toilets and a urinal, but there we are.
Didn’t notice that, but apparently German Millionaire has got to step up its ratings game. Right now it is on a break (without a Jauch format like 500 Questions in that slot) and the RTL head said it would have to find new ways to shine (e.g. new special editions, other lifelines, timers? [obviously that would be a terrible choice because nobody watches it to quiz along, but to see Günther Jauch chat with the contestant]). Actually I think the format is far from its great early years ratingswise, but it still outshines most of RTL’s weekday programming, so he might be bluffing. On the other hand the viewers are becoming older and less attractive to marketers.
