All singing acts score +3 points, except for this week's showdown survivors JLS who score +2 and this week's eliminee Rachel who scores just +1 point.
All judges have one act in the competition and are worth +3 points except for Cheryl who still has two acts and is worth +6 points.
If you picked Rachel to be this week's loser, you score +9 points. If you picked JLS you score +2 for a near miss. This week's losing judge was Dannii, picking her scores +3 points.

And so it's congratulations to Paul Matthews now out in front on his own! Lots of people having a great week also and making a late surge, well done to all of you, and several people towards the top with some tough decisions to make this week. And you have to feel for Gazza's Giants who had Rachel down as this week's loser then half hour before the show asked to be changed to Ruth and would have been in seventh.

Don't forget, at the end of the series you might have a whopping 40 point bonus to add to your score if you've stuck with your winner's prediction since the beginning. Some of you have! And we'll be writing to those of you who had Rachel down as your winner, but if you make the change your prediction this week it will only be worth 12 points.

Right, next week the judges don't get a final say it's based on phone votes alone, so singers will score +3 for surviving or +1 for being eliminated. I thikn everyone's going to sing twice next week, one of which is likely to be a Britney Spears song, but I can't give guarantees.
