Alright, I’ve just spent the last few hours collating all the votes. The full write-up will come along in the next few days. In the meantime here are some facts:
- One Endemol show has done very, very well.
- One Endemol show may have broken the record for highest percentage of votes cast in the Hall of Shame, beating The Colour of Money. BREAKING NEWS: I’ve jsut checked – it’s close, but it doesn’t quite manage it.
- If the blank and obvious protest votes in the Hall of Fame counted as their own entity, “2010 was a bit poor really” would place fourth.
- There have been some dramatic shift in fortunes in the Golden Five.
But can you guess which shows fit which facts?
“One Endemol show may have broken the record for highest percentage of votes cast in the Hall of Shame, beating The Colour of Money.”
Wouldn’t be all that surprised if it’s MPD – though I’m hoping 101 Ways to Be a Waste of License Payers’ Money also got a high percentage… 😉
To be quite honest, I’m still wondering if it’s possible that the same show (not necessarily an Endemol one) made it into all three categories. Though if I had to guess at what it’d be, it’d be MPD.
I reckon MPD is in all three categories. The innovative format + dodgy questions combination certainly invited a split reaction.
“BREAKING NEWS: I’ve just checked – it’s close, but it doesn’t quite manage it.”
Well, The Colour of Shit’s percentage was 23.5% – is it conceivable that MPD got 22% or something like that? 😆
“Colour of shit”
ROFL
Blatant! 🙂
I voted for one show in all three categories because it qualified easily in HoS and Golden Five but there was no alternative for HoF. Thank god 2011 looks like there will be some new quiz shows to applaud or mock
I’m really happy that Million Pound Drop (it seems) did really well 😀
The Hall of Shame bit must be a counting error.
You’re going to be massively surprised and disappointed when you discover the winner in the Hall of Fame is Odd One In.
Not Mission: 2110?
Comes as a bit of a surprise IMHO.
Also there is no counting error. But I will reveal that it is a different show.
101 Ways most likely gets the Hall of Shame Cup of Excrement.
Thrown over them whilst they’re attached to a line going slowly down an 80ft chute.
And then seeing it from 80 different angles all in slow motion..
To tenuously-linked music. And then given a post-humiliation interview by the UK’s 13th most-remembered radio DJ.
