Hurrah! Die Sommerpause ist kaput, Stefan Raab’s back for another thrilling night of skill games and quizzes and tonight it’s a quadruple rollover, so he’s defending €2.5m of his own money.

WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?

Well you can join us for a LIVE text commentary right here on the Bar, if we can get naughty streaming.

Interesting that German Braille has individual characters for ie, ei, and sch. Does English Braille have similar, anyone?

Well, the raised parts are made out of metal, I imagine the material feels different to the wood used for everything else (including indentations) but I guess I could be wrong.

You know how every SdR we have the ironic “THIS IS SATURDAY NIGHT TV AT ITS FINEST” game?

Hot on the heels of the LEGENDARY ToasterWatch, now we have this, I guess.

Stefan seems to get that one wrong by just one letter, giving it to Manuela. You have to be very careful in this game!

Once you notice the repeating four-note tension bed, it’s impossible to unhear it. And then impossible not to bring it to everyone else’s attention.

I think someone thought they’d get the hang of it by the third one, judging from its length.

Looks like once again Stefan has the hang of a game long before the kandidat, getting his third phrase and winning.

    Manuela 4 – 17 Stefan

Knocking balls off of poles incurs some sort of penalty, I’m guessing? This is going to be a slow race if there’s many of those.

Oh, he has to get out and put the ball back on! Oh my, this might take a while.

Five minutes to get as fast a lap time as possible. If he knocks off a ball, there is a stop and go penalty whilst he puts it back.

I guess it’s whoever can do the most number of laps in 5 minutes. Knocking any of the red balls off the poles means you can’t move on until you put it back

Barely enough room for the wingmirrors between those poles, Stefan keeps touching the one on his left with the mirror.

Requiring that the driver get out, put the ball back, and put their seat belt back on before proceeding – especially the seat belt – is genius.

Is it me, or are they racing in the same kind of car as they’re giving away in the phone-in contest?

So Stefan ends his run with a fastest lap of 23.50 seconds. That will be VERY tough to beat

Manuela hitting on the left a lot too, she hasn’t gotten the positioning just right yet…

How come the Germans get awesome stuff like Stock Car Crash Challenge and we get crap like Famous and Fearless?

Raab having a few practice throws while the explanation is given. Manuela… not.

It amazes me how intuitively competitive Stefan Raab is. Straight away, he’s testing the darts while his opponent is standing around listening to the explanation.

A big target on a slope at the other side of this lawn (fairly far away actually). 5 points for the bull, 4, 3, 2, 1 for the rings going outward. Best score in 5 darts I think?
